I'm so glad you're here.
I am an Integrative Healer and Sacred Space Holder.
In my work I combine a multitude of modalities with one simple goal: creating space for what IS.

I strongly believe in the power that is created in sacred, intentional spaces. That when a woman feels empowered to unleash her
full-spectrum self, there's nothing that can stop her from a full, vivacious, passionate life.
​
In the spaces I hold, we gather in the understanding that there is room for all sides of you to surface. Here, we believe that deep transformation occurs when you can find acceptance for all that you are.
​
In these spaces you don’t need to show up any certain way.
You, as you are, is perfect.
My desire to create spaces for full expression and acceptance came from a history of never feeling like I fit in.
​
I had friends, but never close friends. I was in the group, but never felt like my presence was appreciated. I felt like love had to be earned. Now I know that worth is unconditional.
​
​On top of that, I have always been a big feeler. I feel my emotions at 110% and have often been told I'm "too much". It took me a long time to realize that there is power in the expression of my emotions.
​
I have taken my journey and made it my life’s work to empower others to live a life that lights them up, and I believe that begins with
FULL-SPECTRUM EXPRESSION.

Who is the
FULL-SPECTRUM WOMAN?
As Women, we are taught from a young age how we are "supposed" to act.
We are told not to be too loud, too confident, and not to dream too big.
We can feel like we have to hide parts of ourselves for the comfort of others.

I think that’s bullsh*t.
We came to Earth to feel, to express and to connect.
Everyone deserves to live a life of true happiness, passion and purpose.
You are worthy of your own sovereignty.
The full-spectrum woman is who I believe each woman deserves to be, AND who each woman already is at her core.
She is someone who finds acceptance for all the versions of her that she has been, is, and ever will be.
She does not need to change herself to fit in a box.
She does not need to suppress her expression for the comfort of others.
She understands that this life is for HER to live to the fullest potential.
She lives that potential through her full-spectrum expression.
